Code of conduct

The league expects all individuals to follow the league's code of conduct. To report a violation of the code of conduct use the report form below, or call law enforcement immediately if the allegations are serious (child abuse, physical/mental harm to a child, etc.)

Report violations of code of conduct

Use this form for reporting incidents to be investigated by the leagues Protest, Appeals, and Disciplinary (PAD) committee. If you witnessed criminal activity please report it directly to law enforcement. Please be aware that by law the league is required to report more serious allegations (child abuse, physical/mental harm to a child, etc.) to law enforcement.
